One add-on, and what is metered

There are no AI credit packs or calling bundles to buy today. Here is the one add-on and the two things that are counted.

Not part of any plan by default. It is switched on per workspace. Anything risky waits in an inbox for a person to approve, and no agent places a call without approval.

AI voice agents (Growth and Scale) run on your own Retell account and Twilio SIP trunk, so call minutes are billed by those providers, not by us.

Before you pick a plan

Is there a free plan or a free trial?

There is no free tier and no free trial today. Pick the plan that fits; your data is kept and stays exportable.

Is pricing per user?

No. You pay per workspace, and each plan includes a number of users: Solo 1, Essentials 5, Growth 25, Scale unlimited. Adding a teammate does not change your bill until you pass the plan limit.

What does yearly billing save?

Two months. A yearly plan costs ten times the monthly price.

Are Indian prices inclusive of GST?

No. INR prices are shown exclusive of GST, and 18% is added at checkout. Your GSTIN goes on the invoice.

Can I change plan later?

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current period.

Is the AI Team included in Scale?

No. The AI Team is an add-on switched on per workspace, on top of any plan. The AI deal coach, email drafting and voice agents are part of the plans as shown in the table.

Bigger team, or a buying process?
