Message leads from your official WhatsApp Business number. Send approved templates from the lead page, see whether the 24-hour window is open, and get replies on the lead's timeline.
Pitch2Sale sends through Meta's official API. Meta sends delivery updates and replies back, signed with your app secret, and Pitch2Sale checks the signature before it writes anything.
Messages go from your verified WhatsApp Business number through Meta's own API.
Pull approved templates from Meta and fill in their variables before you send.
The lead shows whether the 24-hour window is open, and free text is blocked when it is closed.
Delivery statuses and replies land on the lead's timeline and in the Inbox.
There is no self-serve screen yet. We save your WhatsApp Business Account ID, phone number ID, access token and app secret for your workspace.

In the lead's WhatsApp composer, open the template picker and click Sync templates from Meta.
Open a lead, click WhatsApp, pick a template and fill in every variable.
